The Watersport and Boat Tour Operators Forum is a special 2 day event that brings together the brightest minds and experienced operators in the watersport and boating industry. Each participant will have the opportunity to sign up for various roundtable discussions led by industry experts, connect with other operators, and hear from various presenters on industry trends and best practices. Some of the topics include pricing, regulations, economics, and marketing. Join us for cocktails and networking at the end of each day to hang out with your fellow watersport colleagues.

Your Hosts - Greg Fisher & Kevin O'neil
Kevin O'Neil, owner of Destiny Water Adventures, is a seasoned Master Captain and CEO with a knack for turning his passion for boating, adventure, and travel into a thriving business. In just under two and a half years, he's transformed Destiny Water Adventures from a single boat operation into a diverse fleet comprising over a dozen boats, ten jet skis, kayaks, and paddleboards. With a keen eye for marketing, Kevin has successfully captained excursions and expanded his brand's reach.
On the other hand, Greg Fisher is a distinguished serial entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in the travel and hospitality industry. As the CEO of both TripShock.com and WaveRez.com, he has demonstrated his expertise in developing online platforms for tours, activities, and reservation software for watersport operators. A graduate of UCF, Greg's achievements include earning INC 500/5000 honors from 2015 to 2018, highlighting his exceptional leadership and business acumen.
In 2020, Greg and Kevin teamed up to form the Awkward Watersport Guys Podcast to discuss the biggest topics in the commercial watersport and boating community. In 2021, they decided to start a Facebook group and conference to bring the community together for networking and immersive learning, which has now grown to 1,500 members!
