Brian Mazanti

Brian is the co-founder of KCBK Group, a family-owned marine sales agency serving boat club and rental operators. Born into a watersports family, Brian grew up in the marine industry before gaining business experience globally and eventually returning to the "family business", where he launched KCBK Group alongside his father, Kyle.

KCBK Group was born from a simple idea: better support the rental segment of the marine industry, which is often overlooked. What started as a simple idea has grown into a true end-to-end solution—offering boats, trailers, financing, and a clear path to liquidate assets at the right time. He enjoys helping business owners solve problems, think differently, and build better operations.

Today, Brian works with operators across the country to help them buy smarter, run more efficiently, and create long-term value from their assets. He’s also a husband and father of four, bringing a grounded, real-world perspective to both business and life.
