Watersport Owner Peer Groups

Running a watersport business can feel isolating. Most big decisions do not come with a playbook. One mistake with pricing, staffing, insurance, or technology can cost you an entire season.

That is why we created the Watersport Owner Peer Groups.

This is a small group of serious operators who meet monthly to work through real challenges, share what is actually working in their businesses, and help each other make better decisions.

This is not a webinar.

This is not a mastermind full of theory.

This is a working group for owners running real operations right now.

Every session is designed to be practical. Operators bring real problems, real opportunities, and real data to the table so the group can pressure test ideas and find better solutions together.

The goal is simple. Help you run a smarter, more profitable operation.

What You Can Expect

Each peer group is intentionally small so conversations stay productive and honest.

  • Up to 15 seats per group
  • Join anytime, but must commit for 1 year
  • Monthly 2-3 hour working sessions with a short break
  • Led personally by Greg Fisher and Kevin O’Neil
  • Private Slack community for ongoing discussion between sessions
  • Operators only. No vendors. No spectators.
  • $6,000 per year (paid annually)

During sessions we will work through topics like:

  • Pricing strategies and margin improvement
  • Staffing and operational efficiency
  • Marketing that actually drives bookings
  • Technology and automation
  • Real challenges operators are facing right now

You will also get the benefit of seeing how other operators are solving similar problems in their own businesses.

Who This Is For

This group is designed for operators who are already running established businesses and want to take the next step.

You might be a good fit if:

  • You are past the early "figuring it out" stage
  • You want better margins, better systems, and better decisions
  • You value honest feedback from people running similar operations
  • You want to learn from operators who are solving the same problems you are

Who This Is NOT For

This group is not for everyone.

It is not a fit for:

  • Hobbyists or part time operators
  • People looking for generic advice
  • Anyone who wants to sit back and observe without contributing

This is a working group for people who show up prepared and are willing to share openly with other operators.
